What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card or paypal. If you would like to pay via check or money order, contact orders@whizbangtshirts.com for info on alternate payment methods. Sorry, we don’t accept orders over the phone.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. You should see the available shipping options to your country as you go through checkout. If you get an error instead of a shipping option during checkout, please email us at orders@whizbangtshirts.com with your location and we will get it fixed.

Attention Inter-national Buyers

Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with Whiz-Bang T-Shirts, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package.

What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?

We ship via the United States Postal Service. Our rates are currently $7 flat rate in the US and $18 International.

How do I track my package?

You can view your account in the My Accounts page which shows all information about your order!

How can I make a change to my order?

If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at orders@whizbangtshirts.com and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?

Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can email orders@whizbangtshirts.com and we can confirm that the order was placed.

Do your shirts ever go on backorder?

We keep all our other shirts in stock but sometimes temporarily run out of a certain size of a design. We will send you an email right away notifying you of any out of stock situation. We will usually get the shirt back in stock within a week or so. If your order contains one or more shirts that are out of stock, then it will not typically be shipped out until all the shirts are in stock.

What name will appear on my credit card bill?

The name on your credit card bill will be WhizBang Shirts or KK Pro Design, KK Pro Design is the legal name of our company.
